Zabajone (AKA Zabaglione) made by Ghiglione of Dolcedo Liguria with local egg yolks, sugar and Sicilian Marsala. Sweet and rich, it is usualy served warm over 'Lady Fingers' (Savoiardi biscuits) or can be warmed and drizzled over cakes, tarts and the like. This is an artisan product, hand made in small batches using local ingredients. 200g.
