PASTA VENERE Rigatoni
This is a new product from Scotti who are rice producers made with 25% black Venere rice and 75% Whole Durum Wheat Flour. Good with a veg or meat sauce, but excellent with a fish sauce or truffle.
VENERE IS THE FIRST ITALIAN WHOLE BLACK RICE,
Born and cultivated exclusively in the historic rice-growing lands of Piedmont and in the wonderful Tirso Valley in Sardinia.
Ingredients: Whole durum wheat semolina (75%) and Venere® wholemeal black rice flour (25%).
Allergens: Contains gluten. May contain traces of soy and mustard.
