Antonio Rummo first established his fresh pasta business in Benevento, Campania (Italy) in 1846 and today the company benefits from the experience of six generations of master pasta makers. Rummo Lenta Lavorazione is the only pasta to be approved by the Italian Cooks Federation. Made with the best durum wheat semolina with the Slow Processing method: a method based on long mixing times that safeguards the characteristics of the finest durum wheat. The Riccioli, so loved by children, are ideal for pasta salads with seasonal vegetables. They are often accompanied by creamy cheese sauces, such as gorgonzola or burrata. Pasta with a rough surface, resistant and with an extraordinary cooking resistance.
