I bought this in 2015 and have been growing it ever since. When you harvest save the largest cloves and replant in the autumn. This way next year's bulbs have large cloves. Highly recommended! This is the only variety I grow now and it stores well too.

Update to my July review. I have more cloved bulbs than I first thought. The bulbs are small but many of the cloves are well formed. They are very good in the kitchen - quite hot. I have planted earlier this year and will hope to pull later next in the hope of bigger bulbs

Wonderful crop and very tasty. All dried and ready to use over the winter and spring until next year's crop - I am about to buy the same bulbs again and will plant in November

All looking good till harvest. Most plants had not divided into cloves. Other varieties no problem. Perhaps they need a colder winter.

What has come up is doing fine so far but germination was a little patchy.
