Paluani traditional sourdough raised Panettone from Verona
We have managed to get Panettone in September, something that has never happened before but then again, why jusst eat them at Christmas when you can enjoy them now! Paluani use only Italian eggs, milk and butter and they contain moist raisins and candied orange peel.
WHEAT flour, currants 15%, candied orange peels 13% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh EGGS 12%, butter (MILK), sugar, fresh pasteurised whole MILK 5.2%, natural leaven (WHEAT), emulsifier: mono and diglycerids of fatty acids, salt, cocoa butter, flavours.
