Amato dried Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini. Ideal for both minestrone and brodo (serving in broth) or to boil and serve with pasta sauce. A great store cupboard ingredient. Large 500g packet.

Durum wheat semolina,fresh pasteurized eggs, water. Filling ingredients: Ricotta, milk cream, salt,acidity corrector,acid E330, Breadcrumbs,milk,salt, wheat flour, water, salt,yeast,soft matured cheese,rennet,salt, spinach poweder,leaf spinach, spices. Contains GLUTEN,EGGS AND MILK.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MOLLUSKS,MUSTARD, SOY.
COOKING:
Pour into pot when water, previously salted, begins to boil, cook for 6-8 minutes; drain and season to taste.
