Tortellini are a stuffed pasta typical of Emilia,a thin sheet containing a filling of mortadella & pork. Prepar an Enrich broth to serve the tortellini. Mamma Maria dried mortadella and pork meat tortellini. Ideal for both minestrone and brodo orserve with pasta sauce. A great store cupboard ingredient. Large 500g packet.

Ingredients pasta:Hard WHEAT semolina,fresh pasteurized eggs (20% on the pasta 14% on the total). Ingridients filling:bread crumbs (type "0" soft WHEAT FLOUR, yeast,salt). Mortadella (23% on lling, 7% on total)(60% pork meat, water, salt, dextrose,spices,aromas,antioxidant:E316, preservatives:E250,E252), WHEY,salt,sunflower oil,cheese grana (MILK,rennet,lysozyme,salt)spices,avors,preservative:E202,acidity regulator:E330. Contains WHEAT,MILK AND EGGS.
Cooking instractions:Drop the Tortellini in to salted boilling water and cook for 6-8 minutes. Store in a fresh and dry area.
