Heritage Bean

Dear Growers, please buy this bean! The yellow pods remain bright after either blanching for freezing or quick cooking ( 3 mins in boiling water )( they are so tender..not too meaty!). Easy to pick, the bright yellow pods give them away. Paolo is right, lovely drizzled with oil for a salad, perfect to cheer up a green bean nicoise!!
