Gianduja needs a veterinary certificate to import so has almost disappeared from most Italian deli's. But we have a source of Neapolitan dragees (confetti) with an almond inside, wrapped in Gianduja chocolate with a crisp shell, these are really good. th a thin layer of sugar. Neapolitan dagrees are traditionally used as confetti for Bomboniere favours but are simply delicious as a small sweet treat. The toasted almond is wrapped with chocolate, coated in a flavoured crunchy shell. Delicish!
