This extra virgin olive oil al limone from Congedi is a first-class olive oil made directly from olives using a mechanical process, cold-pressed with aroma. A lovely spiced oil that goes well with meat and fish carpaccios and light fish dishes. Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The olives are harvested in the Salento area, the southern part of the Puglia region. Salento is often called "the heel of the Italian boot". The oil is made from the Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina di nardò varieties, typical of the Salento area in southern Puglia. The oil is produced in strict accordance with ancient methods handed down for centuries.
Composition: 96.5% cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, the rest consists of lemon.
