Balocco Colomba Nuvola Bianca 750g
A nice and light Colomba (Traditional Easter Cake Dove shaped) with icing sugar on top, without candied peel, raisins or nut crust. 750g and a popular alternative to the other ones. Colomba are not the same as Panettone, they are more buttery and less bready. Colomba made with high quality fresh Italian milk, eggs from free-range hens, with a soft and delicate texture, sprinkled with icing sugar. Dedicated to Pandoro lovers. Balocco is the story of a family that, for three generations, has dedicated itself to making the lives of millions of consumers around the world. In 1927 the first pastry shop opened in Fossano, Piedmont. In 1949 the first factory for the production of dry pastries and leavened products for special occasions was opened. In '69 production was transferred to a new factory, also in Fossano, the current headquarters of the company. Expansion and growth continue and today, with 74,000 m2 of surface area, Balocco is the second player in the breakfast and leavened biscuits market for special occasions.
Ingredients:
wheat flour - sugar - fresh * eggs 21% - butter 15,2%- natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh pasteurized milk 1.8% - salt - flavorings - butter of cocoa. May contain tree nuts, peanuts soya and mustard. Icing sugar pouch 6.7% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings). Store in a cool and dry place.
From free-range hens May contain other tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
