Got some out of curiosity - I'm an N'Duja lover! I think it has a bit more of a kick than N'duja but the texture and flavour are gorgeous. Well worth a try.
Nduja has become a massively popular ingredient in recent years and traditionally is a Calabrian chilli laced spreadable salame. It can be eaten as is on toast, or if you break off a couple of pieces to taste, put them on pizza, fry them gently to release the chilli and flavours when making a pasta sauce or simply to enhance a stew or soup.
