This oil has the tang and flavour I look for. To drizzle on the fresh mackerel from the Minch between us and the Isle of Skye. I tried to make the bottle last longer but failed.
*Mainland UK Only*Ligurian oils are considered to be some of the best in Italy and this is just typical of the classic Ligurian style of olive oil, fruity grassy with a slight bitterness. Produced Organically in Dolcedo (Liguria) by hand for almost a century. This type of oil is of high quality for using raw on mozzarelle, tomatoes and basil, in minestrone and soups etc but also for shallow frying meats, fish, vegetables in pastella etc as it is a good all rounder of good quality. We were particularly keen to get Ghiglione for YOU our customer and when you try it you will understand why. 75cl bottle.
