Poor seed batch

Attempted to sow this Americana innvernale lettuce x4 since ordering it in Feb 2020 with no seed at all taking root, possible batch of poor seeds I guess which is unusual from franchi seeds as been placing orders for past 6yr with no other complaints or concerns with quality.
